These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Wummble's website design, hosting, and related services ("Services"). By signing up or making a payment, you agree to these Terms.

Wummble provides website design, hosting, local SEO setup, Google Business Profile assistance, and optional AI-powered content editing tools for local businesses. The specific services included in your plan are described on our pricing page at wummble.com.

We reserve the right to update or modify the Services at any time. We will notify you of material changes that affect your plan.

Given the nature of our Services (immediate site build and deployment), we do not offer refunds once a site has been built and delivered. If you have not yet approved or received a site, contact us within 7 days of signup for a full refund.

We aim for 99.9% uptime for hosted websites. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party infrastructure (Cloudflare, DNS providers, etc.).

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wummble's total liability for any claim arising from the Services is limited to the amount you paid in the 30 days preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost revenue or lost customers.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided "as is." Wummble does not guarantee specific search rankings, lead volume, or business outcomes. Results vary based on factors outside our control (competition, market conditions, Google algorithm changes, etc.).

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Services after that date constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration under JAMS rules, except for injunctive relief which may be sought in any court of competent jurisdiction.
